Boiler, upstairs radiator, heated hand holders, which are little bean bags filled with chemical, and thermals.

Coldest winter?

Back in 1973/4 when the heating would only heat up the downstairs but the bedroom was cold. Hot water bottles were handy but there was always ice on the windows. 

Warmest winter?

Most winters except childhood.
